No — there is no official way to buy the Onvo L80 in Mexico today.

Onvo (Nio's family-car sub-brand) has dealers in mainland China and Uzbekistan, Armenia and Costa Rica only. Onvo only began selling outside mainland China in 2026, and has reached exactly three countries: Uzbekistan (showroom in Tashkent, distributor Abu Sahiy Motors), Armenia (dealer N-Motors, showroom opened in Yerevan in early March 2026) and Costa Rica (distributor Horizontes Cielo Azul, showroom opened March 30, 2026). The sub-brand shipped only 19 cars abroad in the first five months of 2026, and no fourth country has a dealer.

We have not found an official route to the Onvo L80 in any of the 31 countries we track. If you know of one we have missed, tell us — we only publish availability we can source.

Track the Onvo L80 for Mexico

Nio first said Onvo would reach Europe in 2027, then pushed that back to 2028–2029. No launch date, price or dealer has been named for any other country, and the L80 itself has been marketed abroad only in Armenia so far — about three months after its Chinese launch. Nio Inc.'s stated 2026 export goal is still only "several thousand" cars across all three of its brands, so a fast rollout is not on the table. Independent importers do ship these cars. Buying that way means no manufacturer warranty and no official service network — and because the L80 is built around battery swapping, no swap stations either, so you would be limited to plug-in charging. Type-approval and homologation are your problem.
